When checking out, eligible customers may select Shop Pay Installments as their payment method. Available payment plans, payment amounts, due dates, and any applicable terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Eligibility and available installment options are determined by the Shop Pay Installments provider and may vary based on your purchase and other factors.

Approval & Payments

EEVOQ does not determine eligibility or approval for Shop Pay Installments. All financing decisions, payment schedules, and installment terms are handled through Shop Pay Installments and its financing partners.

EEVOQ Return & Exchange Policy Still Applies

Using Shop Pay Installments does not change EEVOQ's Return & Exchange Policy.

All sales are final, and EEVOQ does not accept returns or issue refunds.

Eligible exchanges for sizing/fit or verified manufacturing defects must be requested within 5 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests received after this period are not eligible for exchange.

An exchange does not cancel or pause your Shop Pay Installments payment obligations. Customers are responsible for continuing payments according to the terms of their installment agreement.
